Our MD – Ian Jones – had the opportunity to share his story of Royal Mail’s transformation journey at the latest gathering of the Intelligent Projects Forum in January 2020, kindly hosted by Peter Mayer and the team at Pelicam Assured Delivery.
It was a great opportunity to reflect on the multi-faceted and award-winning modernisation projects and programmes that Ian led, and that turned the company’s fortunes around from losing £1m per day to a successful FTSE150 company fit to deliver an excellent daily service to all 30million addresses across the UK!
