Euan is a commercially driven senior leader, experienced predominantly at FTSE 100 corporations. He is skilled in key Operations and Supply Chain areas of Logistics,Transport, Distribution, Retail and multi-site Property portfolio management,Facilities Management and Postal Operations.

Euan is an engaging and strategic board level leader, stakeholder manager and coach in delivering business transformation and operational re-structuring at pace, with a proven ability to motivate people to their maximum potential.

Euan is adept at managing significant capital investment, sponsoring major projects and programmes, and in achieving positive cultural change with first class employee engagement. He is natural thought leader.

Euan has considerable corporate experience in operational re-structuring, commercial management and business unit performance maximisation, having successfully directed substantial national corporate business units at operating board level.

Euan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – educated at the University of Glasgow and the Oxford Said Business School.
