John is a seasoned P3M professional, specialising in the design and implementation of operational excellence programmes. He has a wealth of experience across multiple industries, including automotive, aerospace, FMCG, facilities management, education, utilities and construction. He has extensive experience in strategy development, business transformation, executive performance coaching and the instructional design of lean culture change programmes in large scale production and non-production environments.

He is renowned for effectively coaching his clients in the principles, systems and tools to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the organisations he supports. John is passionate about delivering on his promises, and will work with clients to understand, manage and ultimately deliver on their expectations to time, cost and quality – providing high impact, sustainable solutions that deliver a return on investment in the shortest possible lead time.
