Murray is a highly experienced programme manager who has delivered many complex operational and cultural transformations across corporate functions and wide geographical areas, often in challenging industrial relations environments.
He works closely with clients to understand the “voice of the customer”, the source of value and business alignment – drawing on his extensive corporate and project governance experience to tailor successful interventions.
One of Murray’s areas of expertise is ‘Adaptive Leadership’. He coaches others to understand how to approach different problems, using appropriate tested methodologies to deliver transformation and sustain it. These include ‘Continuous Improvement Leadership’ and within disruptive environments – ‘Scenario Planning’.
Murray also works with a number of future orientated organisations on the 4th Industrial Revolution and how this impacts on strategy, the challenges it brings and how to view present assumptions and trends from the standpoint of the future.
