The question often asked by Sally-Ann is ‘why do you do what you do and why should anyone want to listen to that?’ Because if leaders can’t articulate their ‘why’, then why should anyone working with them want to listen and play their part in the organisation!

It’s on this premise that Sally-Ann has built her career as a passionate people person. She has worked with many, many leadership teams and managers to help them find their ‘why’ and to look at how this can translate into ‘what’, ‘how’ and ‘when’ intrinsically underpinned by the values of the organisation. In today’s culture-led working environment sometimes it’s just not that easy – which is where Sally-Ann can help!

With a career spanning 30 years and across many industries and organisations – small, medium and large – Sally-Ann has worked at the highest level and has the ability to translate complex situations into practical and workable solutions by working with and listening to her audience. She is a hands-on practitioner who can develop creative and engaging strategic plans with the voice of the people at the heart, whilst also having the ability to put this into action!

Sally-Ann is driven by results, and results that show improvement through people performance. Sally-Ann has worked as a cultural ambassador in the communications and engagement world in times of celebration and times of change, creating programmes for both internal and external audiences. She draws from her extensive experience to create workable strategies to then mobilise this activity by coaching leaders and managers alike, as well as listening and connecting people at the ground level – the people that can often really make a difference!

To complement, Sally-Ann’s comms experience allows her to create innovative communication channels providing a cohesive and consistent voice to all audiences.

Not satisfied with all that, Sally-Ann has a number of business ventures with her husband and children – having been a career working mum, Sally-Ann has been a mentor and coach striving to make a difference where she can, supporting both women and men alike to find what is right for them in the big wide world!
